LG SIG No refund resolution after more than a year

The $25000.00 tv we purchased had a bad pixel after day 3. LGs customer service after many many many requests for help approved a refund. BEFORE the refund could be issued they needed the televisions TCA service codes. The LG service facility that LG sent out to confirm the TV was in fact broken also discontinued the TV 8K OLED panels so unrepairable . I myself called Service Repair Pros to ask about the TCA codes to give to LG to expedite refund. Service Repair Pros told LG the codes were not present but confirmed the TV was in fact brokenred pixel never goes away We still havent received any refund LG stated confirmed that the Tv was broken approved for refund. We call LG ask about it status of supposed refund and have to explain THIS entire story everytime. You talk to a different person everytimeno one ever follows through.

Dont buy lg tv. Totally lie and garbage tv. We bought 2 especially because of the smart tv. Because we watch online series. Watching one 25 minutes series takes 2 hours. Stop and go stop and go. Ad blocking not working. Everything they said is a lie. Dont buy.

THE BEST TV in the market

I bought this TV about 3 weeks ago. I can simply say AMAZING I have never seen such clarity and crispiness or depth of colors. This is by far the Best TV I have ever owned. The interface and technology that are built into this TV are bare none the BEST. I love watching my sports and movies every day By the way the sound on this TV is also great. in the crowded space of TVs LG has managed to separate itself from the crowd by providing a truly amazing TV.

Warning on these TVs. They do not last and LG DOESNT stand by their products. I bought their last signature model and it had horrible pixel issues after only a few years and LG refused to do anything to help because it was out of warrant. So dont buy expecting this to last.
